Area II has seven districts with 2,800 students from the following counties: Andrews, Borden, Brewster, Coke, Concho, Crane, Crockett, Culberson, Dawson, Ector, Edwards, El Paso, Fisher, Gaines, Garza, Glasscock, Haskell, Howard, Hudspeth, Irion, Jeff Davis, Jones, Kent, Kimble, Loving, Lynn, Martin, Menard, Midland, Mitchell, Nolan, Pecos, Presidio, Reagan, Reeves, Schleicher, Scurry, Sterling, Stonewall, Sutton, Terrell, Terry, Tom Green, Upton, Val Verde, Ward, Winkler and Yoakum.
